Things owners ask before they start
Do I need Tally to use it?
No. Production, orders and inventory work on their own. If you use Tally, connect it when you are ready and your sales, expenses and profit appear on the dashboard.
Can FactoryPulse change my Tally data?
No. It only reads from Tally. It never writes anything back, so your books stay exactly as your accountant keeps them.
How long does setup take?
You can sign up and add your team the same day. Connecting Tally takes a short installation on the computer that has your Tally data.
Who can see my company's data?
Only the people you invite, and only the areas their department allows. Other companies cannot see yours. Our support team can look in only with your consent, for a limited time, and every visit is logged.
How does the free trial work?
The trial is 14 days. You set up automatic payment with Razorpay when it starts, and you are not charged during the trial. Payment is taken when the trial ends. You can also pay straight away and skip the trial.
How do the plans differ?
By the number of people you can add: administrators, and production and finance users. The prices and seat counts are in the pricing section above.
Does it work on a phone?
