How we keep your factory data safe
Your orders, stock and accounts are your business. This is what we do to protect them, in plain words.
Every company is kept separate
Your data is separated from every other company’s inside the database itself, not only in the screens. Another company cannot see your records, even if a mistake were made elsewhere in the software.
People see only their own area
You decide who is in Administration, Production or Finance and what each person may view, add, edit or delete. The rules are checked on our servers every time, not just hidden in the screen.
Tally is read-only
FactoryPulse AI reads from Tally. It never writes back, so your books stay exactly as your accountant keeps them. The connector only sends data out and does not accept connections from the internet.
Support access needs your consent, and is logged
Our support team can look into your account only through a time-limited support session. A reason is recorded first, every session is written to a log, and we never sign in as one of your employees. By accepting the Terms you agree to this; it is described in section 8.
Our own staff sign in with a second step
The accounts our team uses to look after the platform need an authenticator-app code as well as a password.
Protected in transit and at rest
Everything travels over encrypted connections, and the database provider encrypts stored data. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
Sign-in and sign-up are guarded
Repeated or automated attempts on sign-in, sign-up and other sensitive actions are limited, so they cannot be used to guess passwords or flood the service.
Payments never touch our servers
Payments are taken by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
The AI Assistant reads, it does not change
The assistant answers questions from your own data and does not change a record unless you confirm it. Which kinds of AI provider receive your questions, and how they handle them, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Problems are watched
We monitor the service for errors, and the error reports are stripped of personal details before they are stored.
Found a security problem?
Please tell us privately before telling anyone else, and do not use it to look at data that is not yours. We will thank you and fix it.
